
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Wheat rava
• 1 cup – Brown Rice
• 1/2 cup – rolled oats
• 2 – Tomatoes
• 1 tsp – Ginger (grated)
• 2 – Green chillies (chopped)
• Salt
• Oil for cooking
Method:
- Soak the wheat rava and brown rice together for three hours with enough water.
- Grind the soaked wheat rava, brown rice, tomatoes, grated ginger, chopped chillies with enough water until they become a coarse thick paste.
- Add salt and take the batter in a vessel.
- Now add the rolled oats directly to the batter and keep aside for 2-3 hours.
- Heat a tawa or a griddle, grease it with few drops of oil and pour a ladle of this adai batter.
- Spread it as a medium size adai, drizzle the oil, cover it with a lid and cook on a medium flame.
- Once the top of the adai gets cooked, turn the adai and cook well.
- Serve hot with any spicy chutney.
