Ingredients:
• 24 pcs Cottage cheese (paneer), diced
• 1 cup – water
• 1 1/2 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1 1/2 tsp – soy sauce
• 1 tsp – chilli sauce
• 1 tsp – Vinegar
• 2 tbsp – Tomato sauce
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – pepper
• 1 tbsp – Mint leaves, finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• ajinomoto as required
• salt as required
Method:
- Deep fry the paneer cubes till done.
- In a sauce pan add the rest of the ingredients and let it boil.
- Add the paneer to the pan and stir for about three minutes.
- Cover and remove from heat.
- Take out the paneer cubes from the gravy and set aside.
- On a serving dish arrange the paneer pieces and garnish it with finely chopped mint leaves.
- Serve as an appetizer or a starter.
