
Ingredients:
• 200 g – sweetened condensed Milk
• 200 g – Curd
• 200 ml – Milk
• 50 g – Sugar
• Little elachi powder
Method:
- Mix sugar and curd in a bowl without any bubbles and then mix sweetened condensed milk.
- Add warm milk to this mixture and add elachi powder and mix thoroughly.
- Pressure cook this for 30-40 minutes.
- Cool and refrigerate.
