Ingredients:
• Salt as per taste
• 1 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tbsp – sesame seeds
• 1/4 cup – heated oil
• Oil for deep frying
• 1/2 cup – Bajra
• 1 cup – Rice
• 1 cup – jowar
• 1/2 cup – Urad Dal
• 2 tbsp – Coriander seed
• 2 tbsp – Cumin seeds
Method:
- Mix together all the roasted ingredients.
- Grind into fine dry powder.
- Add salt, chilli powder, sesame seeds and heated oil.
- Knead into smooth dough by adding lukewarm water.
- Cover with muslin cloth, and keep aside for an hour.
- Make small balls.
- Roll the balls into pencil-shape.
- Fold the ends of each roll in the centre.
- Heat the oil for frying.
- Deep fry on medium flame till golden brown.
- Drain and let it cool.
- Store in air-tight container.
