Ingredients:
• 1 cup – mixture of Palak and Methi leaves
• 80 g – Rice flour
• 50 g – besan
• salt to taste
• oil for cooking
• 1 tbsp – Mustard Seeds
• 5 to 6 – Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – fresh grated Coconut
• 1 tsp – Green chilli and Ginger paste
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• a pinch of Sugar
• 1 tsp – fruit salt (sodium citrate)
Method:
- In a bowl, take the palak-methi leaves, rice flour, besan, and turmeric. Add water to it and mix well to get a dosa-like batter.
- Let this batter rest for 3 to 4 hours.
- Then add the remaining spices, salt and fruit salt.
- Spread it on a greased plate and steam it.
- When it is done, cut into desired shapes.
- Make a tadka with mustard seeds and curry leaves, mix it with the grated coconut and garnish.
