Ingredients:

• 2 cans (14oz each) – condensed Milk (sweetend)
• 4 tsp – yogurt
• 2 tsp – Ghee
• elachi powder
• chashew
• Raisins
• Pista

Method:

  1. Pour 2 cans of condensed milk in a large microwave- proof bowl. Mix the yogurt and the ghee to it.
  2. Now microwave it for 4 mins (on high). Stir well to avoid lumps.
  3. Microwave for another 4 mins.
  4. After 8 mins, take it out for every 2 mins and stir well.
  5. It will get cooked and thicken to halwa consistency in about 14 to 16 mins depending upon the microwave.
  6. Add elaichi powder and fried nuts and raisins.Store in an airtight container.
