Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Basmati Rice
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• pinch of yellow colour
• 1/3 tsp – Ghee or Butter
• 10 – 12 – chopped Almonds
• 1/4 cup – Raisins

Method:

  1. Boil rice in a vessel with water and yellow colour.
  2. In a heavy pan, heat ghee and remove from the stove.
  3. Add sugar and then the rice and mix well.
  4. Turn on the flame, add almond, raisins and turn off the heat after a minute.
