
Ingredients:
• boneless fish pieces – 1/2 kg
• Lime juice – 2 tbsp
• salt and pepper – to taste
• curds – 1 cup
• Green chillies – 4 to 6
• Ginger – 2 cm
• Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup
• Mint leaves – 1/2 cup
• cumin – 1 tsp
• oil – to brush
• Lime juice
• Garam Masala powder – To garnish
Method:
- Wash the fish pieces and pat dry. Add lime juice, salt and pepper. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Grind green chillies, ginger, coriander, mint leaves and cumin together with some of the curd. Mix with curd and add to fish. Marinate for 1 hr.
- Thread on skewers. Brush with oil. Place on a rack and grill till done. Serve hot sprinkled with lime juice and Garam Masala.
