Ingredients:

• 2 – eggs
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 2 – onions, chopped
• 2 – Tomatoes
• 1 tsp – chaat masala
• 1 tsp – salt
• 2 tsp – Milk
• Coriander leaves – a few sprigs

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add half of the chopped onions
  2. Beat egg in a bowl, with a pinch of salt and milk, mix and add it to the pan
  3. Break omelette into pieces with the help of spoon and put in a bowl.
  4. Add tomatoes and onions to the bowl and mix with a little salt and chaat masala.
  5. Add chopped coriander leaves for decoration and serve.
