
Ingredients:
• 24 – whole Wheat crackers
• 1.5 cups – finely shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 cup – pizza sauce
• 24 slices – pepperoni, or pizza toppings of your choice
Method:
- Spread each cracker with 1/2 teaspoon pizza sauce, place a slice of pepperoni on top.
- Sprinkle with about 1 tbsp of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Place crackers on to a microwave safe plate.
- Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes, until cheese melts.
