Ingredients:
• 5-6 pieces – boneless Chicken breast
• 4 tbsp – black soya sauce
• 2 tbsp – ajinomoto
• 2 tsp – salt
• 3 tbsp – pepper
• a dash of chilli sauce
• bread crumbs – as required
• oil for frying
Method:
- Cut the chicken breasts into thin, square pieces.
- Marinate overnight in soya sauce, salt, ajinomoto, chilli sauce and pepper (coarsely ground).
- Roll the pieces in bread crumbs and fry until golden brown.
- Drain the oil on tissue paper. Serve hot with tomato sauce or raw green salad.
