Ingredients:

• 5-6 pieces – boneless Chicken breast
• 4 tbsp – black soya sauce
• 2 tbsp – ajinomoto
• 2 tsp – salt
• 3 tbsp – pepper
• a dash of chilli sauce
• bread crumbs – as required
• oil for frying

Method:

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into thin, square pieces.
  2. Marinate overnight in soya sauce, salt, ajinomoto, chilli sauce and pepper (coarsely ground).
  3. Roll the pieces in bread crumbs and fry until golden brown.
  4. Drain the oil on tissue paper. Serve hot with tomato sauce or raw green salad.
