
Ingredients:
• Soya bean green seeds – 200gm
• Green chillies – 4
• Green Onions
• Spinach – 1 bunch
• Mint leaves – 1/4 bunch
• Cilantro – 1 bunch
• Dhania powder-1.5 spoon
• Salt according to taste
• Oil -12 tsp
Method:
- Finely chop green onions, spinach, mint leaves and cilantro.
- Heat oil in a pan, add soy beans and fry it until it is little soft.
- Add green chillies and fry it for a minute. Add rest of the green leaves, salt and fry it until almost cooked.
- Add dhania powder at the end and remove it from the heat.
- Enjoy with rice, rotis, naans or puris.
