Ingredients:

• Soya bean green seeds – 200gm
• Green chillies – 4
• Green Onions
• Spinach – 1 bunch
• Mint leaves – 1/4 bunch
• Cilantro – 1 bunch
• Dhania powder-1.5 spoon
• Salt according to taste
• Oil -12 tsp

Method:

  1. Finely chop green onions, spinach, mint leaves and cilantro.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add soy beans and fry it until it is little soft.
  3. Add green chillies and fry it for a minute. Add rest of the green leaves, salt and fry it until almost cooked.
  4. Add dhania powder at the end and remove it from the heat.
  5. Enjoy with rice, rotis, naans or puris.
