Ingredients:

• 1 cup – sprouted green gram
• 1 tsp – mustard
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 4 Green chillies
• 1 Tomato
• 1 tsp – oil
• 1 tsp – Bengal Gram dal
• salt to taste
• coriander to garnish

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds.
  2. Once mustard splutters, add dal, chillies, tomato and fry well.
  3. Add turmeric powder, garam masala and mix well.
  4. Add in the sprouted green grams.
  5. Mix well with cooked rice, garnish with coriander and serve.
