Ingredients:

• 1 large Carrot
• 1 large Potato
• 1 large Onion
• 1 large Tomato
• 100 gm – French beans
• 100 gm – Green peas
• 1/2 cup – macaroni
• 1/2 cup – moong dal
• 1/2 cup – raw Peanuts
• 3 cubes – Maggie soup cubes (veg or chicken)
• 1 liter – water
• Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Chop the carrot, potato, onion and tomato into chunky pieces.
  2. Cut French beans into 3 pieces each.
  3. Put all the vegetables into a pressure cooker along with the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Keep on high heat till 2 whistles. Shut off the heat.
  5. This is a hearty healthy soup as it does not require oil. Serve with garlic bread.
