
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – fruit pulp
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 1 pinch Cardamom powder or
• 1 drop vanilla essence (optional)
• 2-3 tbsp – cooked Rice
• 1 slice Wheat or Milk bread
• 2 tbsp – sweetened Milk
Method:
- Prepare coarse pulp from any desired fruit by just mashing with fork.
- You may use mango, banana, chickoo, papaya, strawberry etc.
- Use a transparent small bowl so kids can see the layers.
- Place slice of bread at bottom (remove crust keep aside)
- Sprinkle the milk over it.
- Mix together rice, pulp, sugar, cardamom.
- Pour over bread slice, set in fridge to chill.
- Make crumbs of crust, sprinkle over mixture.
- Serve chilled on a hot summer afternoon.
