
Ingredients:
• 3 cups – paddy puffed Rice
• 3/4 cup – Jaggery
• 1/2 cup – Coconut pieces
• A little Ghee
Method:
- Prepare the jaggery syrup with some water.
- Saute coconut pieces in some ghee and keep aside.
- Add the puffed rice and coconut pieces to the jaggery, and mix till incorporated.
- Let it cool a little bit and shape them into balls.
