Ingredients:

• 8oz – vermicelli broken in 2-inch pieces
• 3 tbsp – oil
• 3 – Cloves garlic, chopped
• 2 cups – Chicken broth
• 1 cup – canned Tomatoes
• 1/2 tsp – Oregano
• For garnishing: sour Cream & grated cheese

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a heavy skillet.
  2. Add pasta, onion & garlic.
  3. Cook & stir till onion is limp.
  4. Add broth, tomatoes and oregano.
  5. Bring mixture to a boil.
  6. Cover skillet and lower the heat.
  7. Cook for 15 mins until the pasta is tender and the broth is absorbed completely.
  8. On top of it, add spoonful of sour cream and grated cheese.
  9. Serve hot.
