
Ingredients:
• 8oz – vermicelli broken in 2-inch pieces
• 3 tbsp – oil
• 3 – Cloves garlic, chopped
• 2 cups – Chicken broth
• 1 cup – canned Tomatoes
• 1/2 tsp – Oregano
• For garnishing: sour Cream & grated cheese
Method:
- Heat oil in a heavy skillet.
- Add pasta, onion & garlic.
- Cook & stir till onion is limp.
- Add broth, tomatoes and oregano.
- Bring mixture to a boil.
- Cover skillet and lower the heat.
- Cook for 15 mins until the pasta is tender and the broth is absorbed completely.
- On top of it, add spoonful of sour cream and grated cheese.
- Serve hot.
