
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Grapes
• 1 tbsp – powdered Sugar
• 3 cups – Milk
• 4 tbsp – Lemon juice
Method:
- Soak and wash the grapes, set aside to dry.
- Boil milk on a low flame, add lemon juice to it
- Stir well, when it starts curdling, remove and strain.
- Rinse the paneer in cold water to remove the smell of the lemon juice.
- Knot the cloth and hang it for about 1/2 an hour.
- Place a weight on the cheese for 30 mins, to remove excess moisture from cheese
- Knead the cheese to make it smooth and soft.
- Add the powdered sugar and knead it again. Make balls out of this cheese, flatten them a little, tuck the grapes in and form round balls again.
- Chill the balls for at least 2 hours
- After 2 hours, cut the balls exactly in the centre.
- Either serve it chilled or bake it for 10 mins at 180 degree C and serve.
