Ingredients:

• 100 g – Fresh Cream
• 100 g – Icing Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – Vanilla essence
• 1/4 tsp – Lemon/orange food colour
• 2 tbsp – Lime juice/orange juice
• 1- Cake.

Method:

  1. Whip the fresh cream, icing sugar, vanilla essence, lemon, food color and lime juice/ orange juice until creamy.
  2. Pile on top of the cake and spread with a spatula.
  3. Decorate as desired.
  4. Refrigerate and serve.
