Ingredients
1 ltr milk/mava 250 gms
Pulp of 2 Alphonso mangoes
200 gms sugar
Cardamom pd
Nuts to garnish
How To Cook?
Heat milk in a heavy bottom pan n make mava by constant stirring… Then add mango pulp n sugar.. Mix well… Cook till most of d moisture evaporates and a solid mass remains.
Add cardamom pd
Pour d mixture into a greased tray n level d surface. Garnish with almonds on top… Leave to set for two hours in cool dry place.
