
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Wheat flour
• 2 – medium sized Onions finely chopped
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/4 tsp – chilli powder (optional)
• 1 – medium sized green chilli, finely sliced
• 1/4 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 cup – coriander leaves, finely chopped
• 2 tsp – oil for kneading
• Salt to taste
• Oil/ghee
Method:
- Mix the flour along with all the ingredients and knead to form a dough. Keep aside for 10-15 mins.
- Divide the flour into equal round balls.
- Roll it out gently like a chapatti using a rolling pin.
- Heat tawa, drizzle oil or ghee and cook both sides of parathas till done.
