
Ingredients:
• 1. 6 to 7 pieces – Button Mushrooms
• 2. 2- Green peppers
• 3 1pinch – Salt
• 4. 1 tsp : Chilli powder
• 5. 1/2 tsp : Pepper powder
• 6. 2 tsp – Teriyaki sauce (any store available brand)-2 tsp
• 7.2 – Onions
• 8. 2 tsp – Any oil (I use Olive oil)
• 9. Few – Basil leaves
• 10. Parsley/ Cilantro (coriander)- for garnish
Method:
- Wash and clean the mushrooms and dice into small pieces.
- Cut the peppers into cubes.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and add basil leaves and onions diced in long pieces.
- Sautee till they turn transparent.
- Add mushrooms, salt, red chilli powder, crushed pepper and top with teriyaki sauce.
- Stir well and cook till vegetables turn soft. Garnish and serve hot.
