
Ingredients:
• 500 g – mutton(minced) or kheema
• 100 g – Channa dal
• 2 tbsp – Coriander leaves (chopped)
• 2 – green chillies, minced
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1 – onion, medium
• 2 – Cloves
• 2 – Cardamoms
• 1 inch stick – Cinnamon
• 1 tbsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tbsp – Dhania Jeera powder
• 2 – eggs
• 1 cup – bread crumbs
• Salt
• Chilli powder
Method:
- Cook together kheema, channa dal, onion, ginger garlic paste along with all the spices and salt in a little water till tender and completely dry. Grind to a paste.
- Mix in eggs and ground spices.
- Shape into round kebabs, roll in bread crumbs and shallow fry to a golden brown colour.
