Ingredients:

• 250 g – Paneer cut into small pieces
• 3 to 4 – medium sized Tomatoes cut in 8 pieces each
• 2 – medium onions, cut in medium size
• 6 – Green chillies cut lengthwise
• 1 – capsicum, cut into small long pieces
• 2 tsp – Amchur powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/4 tsp – Black Pepper
• Salt as per need
• 1/4 tsp – Cumin
• 1/2 tsp – Dhania powder
• 2 tsp – Cooking oil
• 25 g – Ginger, grated
• 25 g – Garlic, grated
• 1 tsp – Deghi mirch

Method:

  1. Put the frying pan on heat and put cooking oil followed by cumin and coriander.
  2. Now put garlic and let it turn brown.
  3. Add grated ginger in pan.
  4. Now put onions in the pan and fry for 6 minutes.
  5. Add tomatoes, salt, amchur, garam masala, black pepper and deghi mirch.
  6. Now put capsicum pieces in it. Cook for 5 minutes till the time tomatoes turn soft.
  7. Now put paneer into the mixture and heat for 3 minutes. Also put green chillies.
