
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – vegetables (hard veggies like green plantain, Chayote squash, Drumstick preferable. Potato and Carrots can be used), cut into long pieces
• Tofu – 1/2 cup
• Yogurt – 1/2 cup
• Jeera – 1/4 tsp
• Green chilli – 1
• Salt to taste
• A pinch of Turmeric
• 2 sprigs – Kari pattha
Method:
- Boil the vegetables in water with salt and turmeric.
- Grind tofu, yogurt, green chilli and jeera.
- Add it to the boiled vegetables.
- Heat it for just 5 minutes.
- Garnish with karipattha.
