Ingredients:

• 10 – Garlic buds
• 10 – dry red chilli, remove stalk
• 1 – Lemon juice
• 6 drop – refined oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Peel garlic bud. Put red chilli in hot water for 15 min.
  2. Then grind garlic and chilli together. Add some of the water in which chillies were soaked.
  3. Add salt, lemon juice and refined oil.
  4. Chutney is ready.
