
Ingredients:
• 10 – Garlic buds
• 10 – dry red chilli, remove stalk
• 1 – Lemon juice
• 6 drop – refined oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Peel garlic bud. Put red chilli in hot water for 15 min.
- Then grind garlic and chilli together. Add some of the water in which chillies were soaked.
- Add salt, lemon juice and refined oil.
- Chutney is ready.
