
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Rice
• 1 tin – Baked Beans
• 1 small can – Pineapple
• 1 glass – Milk
• 3 – 4 – Green chillies
• Black Pepper, Salt to taste
• Cheese (grated for topping)
• 1 tsp – Butter
Method:
- Soak rice for 1/2 hour and half boil it. Now add milk and let it boil for few more mins.
- Add pineapple pieces and salt and pepper.
- Switch off the gas
- Take some butter, heat it and add green chillies and baked beans. Fry for few mins.
- Now take a baking dish, grease it and add one layer of rice, prepared beans, and then rice.
- Add grated cheese on top and bake it at a moderate temperature for 5 – 10 mins.
- Serve hot.
