Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Rice
• 1 tin – Baked Beans
• 1 small can – Pineapple
• 1 glass – Milk
• 3 – 4 – Green chillies
• Black Pepper, Salt to taste
• Cheese (grated for topping)
• 1 tsp – Butter

Method:

  1. Soak rice for 1/2 hour and half boil it. Now add milk and let it boil for few more mins.
  2. Add pineapple pieces and salt and pepper.
  3. Switch off the gas
  4. Take some butter, heat it and add green chillies and baked beans. Fry for few mins.
  5. Now take a baking dish, grease it and add one layer of rice, prepared beans, and then rice.
  6. Add grated cheese on top and bake it at a moderate temperature for 5 – 10 mins.
  7. Serve hot.
