
Ingredients:
• Capsicum – 2 to 3
• Curd – 2 cups
• Roasted Peanut powder – 1/2 tbsp
• Cumin powder powder – 1/2 tsp
• Coconut – 2 tbsp
• Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
• Salt as per taste
• Coriander leaves – little
Method:
- Apply oil over capsicum and toast over the flame.
- In a bowl, put curds and beat and add salt, chilli powder, cumin powder, peanut powder, coconut, little sugar and coriander leaves. Mix together properly.
- Scrape away the charred portion of the capsicum, wash and chop into small pieces. Mix it into the curd mixture. Serve cold.
