Ingredients:
• Mashed Potatoes – 1 kg
• Til – 1 tbsp
• Poppy Seeds – 1.5 tsp.
• Cinnamon – 1 stick
• Lime Juice – 1tsp.
• 1 – Clove
• 1 tbsp – Green chilli paste
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – salt
• Ginger -small piece
• Coriander leaves – a few sprigs
• Bread crumbs – 1/2 cup
• Oil for frying
• Grated Coconut – 3tsp.
• Cheese powder-200 g
Method:
- Knead all the ingredients well, except bread crumbs and cheese.
- Divide dough into equal portions, and form into large balls. Keep aside.
- Kneed cheese powder and stuff into potato balls.
- Roll balls in bread crumbs, and fry till golden brown.
