Ingredients:

• 3 large raw mangoes, peeled, chopped
• 1/2 cup – Raisins
• 1 cup – Vinegar
• 2 cups – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – roasted Cumin seeds
• 1 tbsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Onion seeds (kalonji)

Method:

  1. Heat vinegar and sugar.
  2. Add mangoes and raisins.
  3. Cook and add all spices.
  4. Cook till thick and shiny.
  5. Cool and serve.
