Ingredients:
• Raw Rice – 1 cup
• Toor Dal – 1/2 cup
• Channa dal – 1/2 cup
• Urad Dal – 1/4 cup
• Moong dal – 1/4 cup
• Red Chillies – 5 or 6
• Salt to taste
• Asafoetida – 1 tbsp
Method:
- Grind all the above ingredients into a coarse mix.
- Mix water and make into thick batter.
- The batter can be left overnight for fermentation.
- Pour small thick dosas (like uthappam) on a tawa and add oil on the sides.
- Cook on both sides (add oil on both sides) till it turns crispy.
