Ingredients:

• 2 – eggs
• 10 – almonds, blanched
• 1 tsp – soya sauce
• a few sprigs of Parsley
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut the almonds into long slices.
  2. Beat eggs nicely and mix the rest of the above ingredients with the exception of parsley.
  3. Heat a pan and grease it with 1 tbsp. of oil. Pour in the egg mixture.
  4. Spread to a round shape and ensure it turns brown on both the sides. Fold it into two and serve decorated with parsley.
