• 2 – eggs
• 10 – almonds, blanched
• 1 tsp – soya sauce
• a few sprigs of Parsley
• salt to taste
- Cut the almonds into long slices.
- Beat eggs nicely and mix the rest of the above ingredients with the exception of parsley.
- Heat a pan and grease it with 1 tbsp. of oil. Pour in the egg mixture.
- Spread to a round shape and ensure it turns brown on both the sides. Fold it into two and serve decorated with parsley.
