
Ingredients:
• Papad – 1 packet
• Potatoes – 3
• Onion – 1
• Garlic – 1/2 tsp
• Ginger – 1/2 tsp
• Green chilli – 2
• Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
• Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
• Vegetable oil – 2 tsp
• Cumin – 1/2 tsp
• Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Fry all the papads and keep aside.
- Boil the potatoes, mash it and keep aside.
- In a kadai, pour vegetable oil and splutter jeera.
- Now add garlic-ginger paste, chopped onion and split green chillies. Fry them for 2 mins.
- Add the mashed potatoes, turmeric, garam masala, jeera and coriander powder.
- Fry well for 2 minutes and add 2 cups of water.
- When it comes to a boil, add the papad, cover and leave for 2 minutes.
