Ingredients:
• 1 – large Potato
• 1 cup – Curd
• 1 – onion, finely chopped
• 1 – green chilli, slit
• 1 tsp – coriander leaves, finely chopped
• 1/4 tsp – Cumin seed powder
• 3/4 tsp – Sugar
• 2-3 pinches – black salt (optional)
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – oil
Method:
- Boil the potatoes and cube them.
- Add chopped onions, green chilli, cumin seed powder, salt, sugar and black salt.
- Pour in the curd. Mix well and chill it.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
