
Ingredients:
• 100 gms melted Milk chocolate
• 30 gms roasted chopped Cashew nuts
• 30 gms Raisins
• 5 gms white chocolate for painting
Method:
- Add edible food grade red colour in some melted white chocolate and some green colour
- Using a food grade brush, paint attractively on the mould
- Cool for 15 minutes
- Melt and temper milk chocolate
- Add roasted chopped cashew nuts and raisins in it
- Mix it well
- Put this mixture in an angel shaped mould
- Tap mould thoroughly to take out air bubbles
- Cool mould in refrigerator for 20 minutes
- Take out the Angel from mould
