Ingredients:

• 100 gms melted Milk chocolate
• 30 gms roasted chopped Cashew nuts
• 30 gms Raisins
• 5 gms white chocolate for painting

Method:

  1. Add edible food grade red colour in some melted white chocolate and some green colour
  2. Using a food grade brush, paint attractively on the mould
  3. Cool for 15 minutes
  4. Melt and temper milk chocolate
  5. Add roasted chopped cashew nuts and raisins in it
  6. Mix it well
  7. Put this mixture in an angel shaped mould
  8. Tap mould thoroughly to take out air bubbles
  9. Cool mould in refrigerator for 20 minutes
  10. Take out the Angel from mould
