Ingredients:

• 50 g ordinary black or brown mustard
• 10 g white mustard
• 1 tsp chilli powder
• 2 tsp Garlic paste
• 2 tbsp Sugar
• Salt to taste
• A small piece of Drumstick bark
• 1 cup white Vinegar

Method:

  1. Grind all the above ingredients to a smooth paste.
  2. Add a little more vinegar to make the paste into a sauce-like consistency.
  3. Refrigerate and use when required.
