Ingredients:
• Apple – 1/2 kg
• Onions – 200 gm
• Tomatoes – 100 gm
• Raisins – 50 gm
• Mint leaves – 1/2 cup
• malt Vinegar – 300 ml
• mustard powder – 1/2 tsp
• chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Sugar or Brown sugar – 200 gm
• salt – one and a halftsp
Method:
- Peel, core and chop the apples.
- Mince onions. Blanch, peel and chop the tomatoes.
- Combine all the ingredients except sugar.
- Boil till the apples are soft.
- Add sugar and cook till thick. Bottle, cool and seal.
