
Ingredients:
• 250 g – Apple
• 2 tsp – Lime juice
• 1 cup – flour (maida)
• a pinch salt
• 1/2 tsp – baking powder
• 1/2 tsp – soda
• 1 egg, large
• 1/3 cup – oil
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence
• 1/2 cup – Jaggery powder
• 1/3 cup – Raisins
• 1/3 cup – walnuts, chopped
Method:
- Grate apples and mix with lime juice.
- Mix flour with salt, baking powder and soda.
- Beat together, egg, oil, essence, jaggery powder and sugar.
- Add this to the flour. Add chopped walnuts and raisins.
- Mix and pour in greased cupcake moulds.
- Bake in an oven, preheated to 180 degrees centigrade for 25-30 minutes.
