
Ingredients:
• 1 – apple, peeled, deseeded and chopped
• 2 cups – Milk
• 4 tbsp – Sugar
Method:
- Blend apple, milk and sugar in mixie, till apple is crushed completely.
- Pour into glass, from a height so that froth forms on the upper layer of the milk shake.
- Serve cold.
