
Ingredients:
• Basmati Rice – 1/2 kg
• Chicken boneless – 1/2 kg
• Ginger – 1 tbsp
• Garlic – 1 tbsp
• Onion – 1 chopped
• Capsicum – 1 chopped
• Yogurt – 1/2 cup
• Garam Masala – 1 tsp
• Bay Leaf – 2
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Raisin – 1/2 cup
• 1/2 cup – oil
• Yellow food colour – 1 pinch
• salt to taste
Method:
- Boil the rice with salt and bay leaf.
- Mix all masalas in yogurt and marinate chicken with it.
- Heat oil, fry onion.
- Then add chicken and cook till done or dry.
- Shred the meat.
- In a pan, layer rice and raisins with chicken, colour and capsicum.
- Return to heat and cook covered for 10 minutes
- Serve hot with raitha.
