
Ingredients:
• 250 g – arbi
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – coriander powder
• salt
• oil
Method:
- Boil the arbi in the pressure cooker.
- Remove the skin, cut into round pieces and deep fry.
- Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, add sliced onions.
- When the onions turn brown, add tomatoes, spices and salt.
- Add fried arbi, mix well.
