
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Aval
• 3 – Onion
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 handful – coriander leaves, chopped
• 4 – Potatoes
• Oil to deep fry
• 1 tbsp – Maida
• Salt as needed
Method:
- Cut the onions, finely.
- In a big bowl, add poha, onions, salt red chilli powder, maida and coriander leaves. Mix it well and keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
- Meanwhile boil the potatoes for 5 whistles, peel, mash, cool and mix it well with the poha mixture.
- Make it into small balls tightly without adding water.
- Deep fry the pakodas till it turns golden brown.
- Serve hot
