Healthy and freshly prepared dip
Ingredients:
2 avocados
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon chopped onions
2 tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Remove seeds from avocado and mash with the help of a fork.
2. Mix lemon juice, onions, salt, and olive oil with mashed avocado.
3. Cover the bowl, and keep it to refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
