Ingredients:

• 1 – Avocado
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 – Capsicum (small)
• 1 – Carrot
• 1 – Cucumber
• 2 tsp – Olive oil
• 1 tsp – Lime juice
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1/2 tsp – black pepper
• 1/4 tsp – mustard powder
• A few black Olives

Method:

  1. Wash all the vegetables well.
  2. Peel the carrot and cucumber. Cut them into small pieces.
  3. Cut onion and tomatoes into small pieces.
  4. Deseed capsicum and cut it into small pieces.
  5. Deseed and cut avocado into small pieces.
  6. Put all the cut vegetables into a salad bowl and add olives.
  7. Then mix pepper, salt, mustard, lime juice and olive oil and toss well.
