
Ingredients:
• Brinjals – 4 medium sized
• Green chillies 3-4
• Black gram – 2 tsp.
• Garam Masala powder – 2 tsp.
• Bengal Gram – 2 tsp
• Coriander leaves
• Oil – 2 tsp
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Pressure cook brinjals with a little bit of salt and mash them.
- To it blend add the green chillies, garam masala powder and the coriander leaves.
- Add the curd and salt and set aside for at least an hour.
- Finally season it with the black gram and Bengal gram.
