Ingredients:

• Brinjals – 4 medium sized
• Green chillies 3-4
• Black gram – 2 tsp.
• Garam Masala powder – 2 tsp.
• Bengal Gram – 2 tsp
• Coriander leaves
• Oil – 2 tsp
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Pressure cook brinjals with a little bit of salt and mash them.
  2. To it blend add the green chillies, garam masala powder and the coriander leaves.
  3. Add the curd and salt and set aside for at least an hour.
  4. Finally season it with the black gram and Bengal gram.
