
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Maida (White flour)
• 1/2 cup – Besan (Gram flour)
• 1 cup – Powdered Sugar
• 1 cup – Ghee
• 1 cup – Suji (Semolina)
Method:
- Mix maida, besan and suji in a bowl.
- Add the powered sugar and mix well.
- Heat ghee in a pan and pour this oil in the mixing bowl.
- Mix it together to make smooth dough.
- Make small balls and bake in the oven at 150 – 200 degrees C for 20 mins.
