Ingredients:
• Fresh grated Coconut – 1/2
• Milk – 2 glass
• Milk powder – 1/2 cup
• Butter – 2 tbsp
• Sugar – 1 cup.
Method:
- Split the milk using lime juice or vinegar and make cheese (chhena).
- Drain the water from the Chhena (using cheese cloth).
- Add all the other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Grease the baking pan (7 inchx 7inch) with a little butter and pour the mixture into it.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees F.
