
Ingredients:
• 500g semolina
• 125g Butter
• 1 can (400 g) – sweetened condensed Milk
• Finely chopped Almonds
• 3 tbsp Sugar
• 5 tbsp Milk powder
• 2 tbsp baking powder
• juice from 1 Orange
• water
Method:
- Preheat oven at 180 degrees.
- In a large bowl, cream condensed milk, sugar and butter.
- Fill the empty can of condensed milk with water.
- Gradually add the water and semolina alternatively.
- Mix well after each addition.
- Finally add baking powder, orange juice and chopped almonds.
- Turn out into a 20 cm greased round cake mould.
- Bake for about 30 mins.
- Cool completely and remove from mould.
- Serve with coffee or tea.
