Ingredients:
• 1 – Raw banana
• Pinch of Turmeric
• 2 – chillies
• 2 tsp – Cilantro chopped
• 2tsp – soaked Channa daal
• 1 tsp – Mint leaves
• 3tsp – chopped Onions
• 1/2tsp – coriander powder
• 1/4 tsp – cumin powder
• salt to taste
Method:
- Boil the banana and peel its skin, smash it and add mix all the ingredients well.
- Make round balls and fry them deeply in oil.
- Serve with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
