Ingredients:

• 1 – Raw banana
• Pinch of Turmeric
• 2 – chillies
• 2 tsp – Cilantro chopped
• 2tsp – soaked Channa daal
• 1 tsp – Mint leaves
• 3tsp – chopped Onions
• 1/2tsp – coriander powder
• 1/4 tsp – cumin powder
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil the banana and peel its skin, smash it and add mix all the ingredients well.
  2. Make round balls and fry them deeply in oil.
  3. Serve with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
