Ingredients:
• 500 ml – whipping Cream
• 100 ml – Milk
• Sugar to taste
• 1 tsp – Nutmeg powder
• a pinch of Saffron
• 1 cup – Milk powder
Method:
- Bring the whipping cream and milk to boil together.
- Add nutmeg powder and saffron and keep boiled on medium heat for about 15 minutes, slowly adding the milk powder.
- Keep stirring to prevent lumps.
- Remove from the flame. When the mixture cools, add sugar and stir well.
- Chill it before serving.
