Ingredients:

• 500 ml – whipping Cream
• 100 ml – Milk
• Sugar to taste
• 1 tsp – Nutmeg powder
• a pinch of Saffron
• 1 cup – Milk powder

Method:

  1. Bring the whipping cream and milk to boil together.
  2. Add nutmeg powder and saffron and keep boiled on medium heat for about 15 minutes, slowly adding the milk powder.
  3. Keep stirring to prevent lumps.
  4. Remove from the flame. When the mixture cools, add sugar and stir well.
  5. Chill it before serving.
